Our most experienced teacher, Renata has been involved in Polish education in the UAE for over 30 years, during which time she developed strategies that cater for every learner. In 2025, Renata was awarded an IRJP scholarship for her long-standing contribution to Polish education abroad.

Monika, a former Polish School principal, brings to the table not only her educational expertise, but also managerial experience that she uses to support us with special tasks and events organization.

With wealth of experience that she gained as an early years educator in Poland, Karolina uses her extensive knowledge and experience with a wholistic approach to child development and learning.

Joanna is our early years education expert. She is a qualified and experienced Montessori practitioner, so she incorporates a lot of her play-based approach when working with our youngest students. 

Ewa is an experienced teacher with a creative streak. In her work, she eagerly uses new technologies and visual aids to help older students in honing their language skills, but she also works with our youngest learners who acquire language through play.

Monika assists our youngest learners with language acquisition. She also provides private tuition to those who prefer that solution. 

Being our most junior teacher, Marta is currently building her experience of working in an educational setting - but she brings with her a wealth of experience in working with children, as well as qualifications to work with our youngest pupils.

The co-owner of Fraza, Weronika is also a qualified teacher. She works with older children and adults, trying to infect them with her love for Polish language and literature.

A true enthusiast of the Polish language, Ewa is determined to infect her students with her passion for literature and linguistic finesse and stylistic elegance. She has been teaching Polish both in the UAE, and in Beijing, She is in charge of our older students, preparing them for Polish GCSE exams.

A history expert and enthusiast, Bartosh has a penchant to encourage children to speak and express themselves. His classes are focused on conversational skills and broaden the children's horisons, argumentation skills and cultural knowledge.

Anna is the most recent addition to our team. She supports teachers working with our younger students. With qualifications in paedagogics, she also has keen interest in psychology, currently pursuing a degree in that discipline.
